3. Is there a charge to receive the GoldPAK?

No. The GoldPAK is Free!

4. Is my GoldPAK insured in case it gets lost?

Yes. The GoldPAK is insured while in transit and while in the custody of gotanygold. The insurance maximum per GoldPAK is $100.00 as described in out Terms and Conditions. If you would like more insurance for your package, we suggest you insure it for more with a carrier of your choice.

5. How long will it take for me to receive my check?

gotanygold will issue your check within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. You will receive it generally within 5 business days.

6. Can I have my check rushed to me?

Should you require expedited delivery of your check, simply check off “Rush My Check” on the Payment Information card and we will Fedex your check to you but will deduct the shipping costs from the amount of your check.

7. What if I am not satisfied with the amount of my check?

Yes. Simply pack your items securely and ship. You must use a carrier that provides you with a tracking number (Fedex, UPS, DHL, etc.) Simply email us at ship@gotanygold.com and notify us with your tracking number.
